Rental Property Management

Plaza Management will fully manage your property for a management fee (a equal to percent of the monthly rental income collected).

• Landlord/Tenant expert attorney on retainer at no cost to you
• Administration of security deposit/tenant move-out/final statement of security
• Retain and supervise outside contractors for painting/cleaning at turnover
